| ANSWER: First of all, check your email to see if you have received confirmation email from our server. Second, click the activation link in the confirmation email. Third, input the password you set during registration. Then, you may login our website using your email and password!

| Why still not receive your confirmation link after registration? |
| ANSWER: First of all, you should check your JUNK MAIL"
folder. Some email server may filter all emails from our mail server as
SPAM. If you find the confirmation email in your "JUNK MAIL" folder, you
should include our email address in your SAFE LIST to guarantee that emails
from us will not be filtered in the future. Second, you may click EDIT
button on the confirmation page during your registration and add an alternative
email. Third, if the problem is still cannot be resolved, send us an email
with your registered email address and we will activate your account for
you. Please be sure that you use the same email address you have used

ANSWER: Sorry, we do not provide free samples! We have received many requests everyday on free samples, and this will significantly increase our cost of operation! | Do you provide images for online resell? |

ANSWER: Yes. We would like to provide images for all products you purchased.
